Shipping information?

trinh studio ships worldwide via USPS. Orders are shipped once a week, usually on Saturdays. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but please be patient as we are a small team.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are strongly encouraged to provide a phone number at checkout for delivery coordination and/or customs processing. Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by trinh studio.

Once shipped, trinh studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs or local postal handling.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ USA and internationally to πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Canada, πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί Australia, πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ New Zealand, πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅ Japan, πŸ‡°πŸ‡· South Korea, πŸ‡­πŸ‡° Hong Kong, πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡Ό Taiwan, πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬ Singapore, πŸ‡³πŸ‡΄ Norway, and πŸ‡¨πŸ‡­ Switzerland. We hope to expand to additional countries as the shop grows.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@trinh.studio within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

We can't accept order cancellations so we ask that you please review your order over carefully before purchasing.

Are commissions available?

Trinh is not open for most personal commissions. However, if you have an interesting project, please reach out to info@trinh.studio.

When are new items released?

Shop updates are announced via @milkytrinh on Instagram. Please plan ahead if you are purchasing anything.
